Delivery Policy
1) Dispatch Times
Where items are listed as in stock, orders are typically dispatched the next working day (MondayβFriday, excluding bank holidays).
2) Delivery Method
Orders are sent via professional courier services. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier schedules.
While we aim for prompt delivery, we are not responsible for courier delays once items have been dispatched.
3) Delivery Responsibility
- Customers must ensure accurate delivery details are provided.
- Someone must be available to receive and inspect the delivery.
- Any visible damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
4) Assembly Requirement
Products must be assembled and checked by a competent bicycle or motorcycle mechanic before use. This is clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions.
5) Risk & Liability
Responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of Receipt. Photos of damage must be reported to our contact email address.
