How long does delivery take?
In-stock items are dispatched the next working day (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Delivery time depends on courier schedules and location.
Are bikes delivered assembled?
No. Bikes are supplied unassembled.
Professional mechanic assembly is required before use.

Can I assemble the bike myself?
We strongly recommend assembly and inspection by a qualified bicycle or motorcycle mechanic.
Incorrect assembly may result in safety risks and could affect warranty coverage.
Are your bikes road legal?
Some models may be intended for off-road or private land use unless properly registered,
insured, and approved for road use.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery on arrival.
Any visible damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by emailing
sales@directemoto.co.uk.
